The George Bar & Dining is proud to present the return of Bungendore’s most anticipated culinary event of the year, the Annual Truffle & Wine Degustation Dinner in a landmark collaboration with Lark Hill Winery, one of the Canberra District’s most respected producers.
This year’s experience is our most ambitious yet. A nine course degustation menu, built entirely around the finest fresh black truffles sourced from Gidleigh Farm, and matched course by course with eight exceptional wines selected personally by Lark Hill Winery.
This is more than a dinner, it’s a celebration of local produce, regional winemaking, and the true spirit of truffle season, brought together in one unforgettable evening.

The George Lunch Affair
The Lunch Affair is our relaxed midweek dining experience, designed for those who appreciate thoughtful food and good company. Available Wednesday to Friday from 12.00pm – 3.00pm, choose from one, two or three courses, all inclusive of an accompanying drink, whether that’s an expertly selected wine, beer, or soft drink. Selections are made from our lunch menu. Please note that some premium dishes are not included in this offering.
