The George Bar & Dining’s menu is ever evolving and changes regularly taking into consideration seasonal produce, availability, and trends. Where possible we use locally sourced meat and produce.
Our own farm at Gidleigh, a few kilometres away provides us with some of our meat and we are also proud to use our local butcher Paul here in Bungendore.
